What we collect
When you make a reservation:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Country
- Arrival and departure dates, number of guests
- Any special requests you choose to provide
- IP address and request time — solely to protect the form from abuse
When you use the contact form: name, email or phone, and the text of your message.
On check-in, Georgian law requires us to identify the guest on the basis of an ID card or passport.
We do not collect payment card details — no online payment takes place on this website.

Who we may share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Data may be shared only with:
- The booking channel (for example Booking.com) when the reservation arrives through that channel
- Our website hosting, network (Cloudflare) and email service providers, to the extent technically necessary
- Authorised state bodies, where the law requires it
How long we keep it
- Reservation and settlement records — for the period required by Georgian law
- Contact form messages — for a reasonable period after the correspondence ends, then deleted
- Temporary booking session — 15 minutes
Cookies
luxorhotel.ge does not use advertising, remarketing or social-network tracking cookies. We do not follow your behaviour across other sites and we do not build advertising profiles.
Only one strictly necessary cookie is used:
luxor_bk— a 15-minute booking session that holds your selected room while you complete the form. It is removed when you close the browser.
Because this cookie is necessary to provide the service, separate consent is not required for it.
Cloudflare
This site runs on the Cloudflare network, which provides HTTPS, performance and protection against attacks. To do this, Cloudflare processes the technical data of your request (IP address, browser type, request time).
Every page loads the Cloudflare Web Analytics script (static.cloudflareinsights.com), which counts page views and measures loading speed. This service sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not identify you.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other advertising or analytics system.
Your rights
Under Georgian law you have the right to:
- Learn whether the hotel processes your data and to access it
- Request correction, update or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request blocking, erasure or destruction of your data
- Request portability of your data to another controller
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Request that processing be stopped

Right to complain
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Service — personaldata.ge — or the courts.
Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS; data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to the administration panel is restricted and protected.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data. Reservations are made by adults.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in force is always published on this page with its update date.
